  • Premium Payment & Cancellation Extensions

    Rockford Mutual understands that some policyholders are currently facing circumstances beyond their control. We are taking steps to ensure you have the insurance coverage you need in response to the COVID-19 pandemic:

    ILLINOIS

    We are suspending cancellations and non-renewals for all insurance policies effective March 9, 2020 to June 1, 2020.

    WISCONSIN

    We are suspending cancellations for non-payment of premium beginning March 19, 2020 to June 1, 2020.

    INDIANA

    We are suspending all cancellations for non-payment for all insurance policies from March 19, 2020 to June 1, 2020.

  • Extended Coverages Available

    COVERAGE FOR TEMPORARY DELIVERY DRIVERS

    Many restaurants and other food establishments are adhering to the public health emergency orders to offer meals only for take-out and delivery. Some employees may use their personal vehicles to make deliveries, which can increase risks and liabilities for both the driver and business.

    To protect businesses from auto liability losses stemming from accidents involving these employees, commercial policyholders may request hired and non-owned auto (HNOA) liability coverage from Rockford Mutual Insurance if they don’t already have this coverage on a commercial auto policy. Please contact your local Rockford Mutual Agent to request this coverage.

    ILLINOIS COVID-19 RESPONSE FUND CONTRIBUTION

    We recently contributed to the new Illinois COVID-19 Response Fund. RMIC is dedicated to helping families, individuals and businesses today and during their time of need - this is a key element of the company’s mission.
