ANN KRIENS, AVP - CLAIMS, NAMED ROCKFORD MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY 2023 ASSOCIATE OF THE YEAR

Rockford Mutual Insurance Company (RMIC) looks to recognize an exceptional associate every year with our Associate of the Year Award. Our Assistant Vice President of Claims, Ann Kriens, is RMIC’s 2023 recipient!

Ann joined Rockford Mutual as Claims Manager in 2014 with over 20 years of experience as a Claims Manager for MetLife. She was promoted to Director of Claims in 2020, and most recently received a promotion to AVP of Claims in September of 2022.

“Ann has been tireless in her support of moving various Claims initiatives forward and adopting innovative processes that resolve our customers’ claims” said Patrick Kennedy, VP – Claims and Internal Counsel, “Her knowledge and management style have helped our Claims team move mountains over the years, and she is greatly appreciated by her colleagues on various levels.”

Peers note how Ann communicates in a professional and kind manner, stepping up to help the claims team find a clear way forward regardless of the situation. She is known to jump into claims to help see them to completion in addition to her higher-level responsibilities. Ann's encouraging and appreciative management style is noted throughout her department.
