If calling to report a new claim, please call 1-800-747-7642. If calling about an existing claim, please call during our regular business hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (CST), Mon-Fri. You may also inquire on the status of your claim by emailing our claims team at Claims@rockfordmutual.com.
Tow/Labor and Glass Information
Tow/Labor and Roadside Assistance
Please have your insurance card ready for reference. If the back of your card includes a phone number for Roadside Assistance, please proceed to contact 855-418-2340 in the event of a disablement. If no number is provided, please continue to secure your own tow and submit your bill for reimbursement up to your covered limit. If you have any questions about the Tow/Labor Coverage on your policy, please contact your local independent insurance agent.
Tow/Labor invoices are to be submitted to claims@rockfordmutual.com for reimbursements up to the covered limit stated on the policy. Please include your policy number, the Date of Loss, and the vehicle involved. Alternatively, this information can be given to your agents or sent to:

Glass
To submit a new glass claim, please call 855-418-2340, option #2. If you have already repaired/replaced your glass and wish to file your invoice for reimbursement, please click here to use our online auto glass claim submission form. Simply fill out the form and attach the invoice to begin processing the reimbursement. Alternatively, you may submit this information to glassinvoices@nationsafedrivers.com.

ONLINE/MOBILE APP PORTAL
We support online payments through our customer portal or the Rockford Express Mobile application. Online payments support Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT) from a bank account via a routing/account number or payments made from a debit/credit card. Create your account at www.rmicpayment.com.
PAY BY PHONE
You can make a one-time payment through our Customer Care Center by calling 815-229-1500 option #1 using a checking/savings account or a debit/credit card. Business hours are 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (CST), Mon – Fri.
PAY BY MAIL
Payable to Rockford Mutual Insurance Company, mail your check directly to our payment processing center using the envelope provided with your statement attached. Please mail all premium payments to:
